It’s always a great day for any business to get new clients, and today we are toasting two new EFC Builders’ clients this week. A bonus for us is that they are located within a couple of miles from each other.
The first project is a large kitchen renovation that will include a few wiz-bangs….wine room, bar with beer dispenser as well as all the latest appliances and finishes. Kitchen updates will bring more added property value than any other renovation.
We will also be working with a client that has just purchased an older home on Lake Norman. We will be giving the house new life with a completely new kitchen and bathrooms as well as other upgraded features.
