With every new EFC Builders home, we provide a 10-year warranty policy from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty that begins when we hand over the house keys. Of course, we do not expect our homeowners to need it, but the warranty policy provides assurance to owners that they are covered just in case. The policy provides performance guidelines and warranty coverage for a home’s workmanship, distribution systems and load-bearing structural components. This offers valuable protection for our homeowners and sets clear expectations for support should it be necessary.

Of course, we at EFC Builders provide the first year of traditional warranty coverage. Our 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty provides two-year coverage for distribution systems and a full ten years of coverage for qualifying structural defects.

2-10, the industry leader, doesn’t approve every builder for their program – they vet builders! What are our construction methods? Are we financially sound? In addition to the premium we pay for the policy that covers our clients’ home, we also pay a renewal fee every year and are subject to unannounced site inspections.
