EFC Builders Relocates Headquarters to Troutman
Mooresville, N.C. – October 30, 2006 – EFC Builders has moved from Brawley School Road in Mooresville to its newly renovated headquarters on 420 South Main Street in Troutman. The move expands the company’s office space by one-third to approximately 1,800 square feet. A second building on the five-acre site houses the company’s construction materials and grading equipment.
“For over two years we looked for suitable property in Iredell County that would meet the growing needs of our business,” said Geoff Bowen, co-principal of EFC. “We are delighted to have found what we were looking for in the City of Troutman.”
Husband-and-wife team and Co-principals, Geoff and Deborah Bowen chose Troutman because of its vitality and rapid growth in the residential real estate market. The couple also owns five acres on Morrison Farm Road in the Sunset Bay community on which they are currently building two “for sale” custom homes.
Established in November 1996, EFC Builders employs a staff of ten. The firm builds custom homes in the Lake Norman area ranging in price from the $300,000 to over $750,000.
